Step 1 -Placing Order

An invoice will then be sent to you within 24 hours.
Invoice:
- An invoice will be sent within 24 hours after you've sent in your order.
- The order number, shipping fees and grand total will be stated in the invoice.
- You are to double check your information, items and prices stated in the invoice to avoid any complications later on.
- If no confirmation is given within 2 days after the invoice is sent, the item will be back on sale.
- Please do not delete the invoice before you have received your items.
The shipping services available are SKYNET and Postlaju and Pos Ekspress. Cash on Delivery meet-ups are also available for Johor Bahru and Singapore Areas.
Poslaju Malaysia -for both West and East Malaysia
- 1 to 3 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)
- It is secure compared to Normal Post as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving
- Location of the parcel/package and posting date can be tracked using POS Malaysia Tracking System
- 1 to 3 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)

- Recipient do not have to sign for the parcel/package upon receiving.
- Not as secure as Pos Laju as they will put in the package straight into your post box.
- Package is made of cardboard, so its more prone to damages.

Online Banking:
- Online banking is the easiest and most convenient way of transfer.
- You have to have a bank account from the respective banks.
- After transferring, take down reference number as evidence of payment to be sent to us.
Deposits through cash deposit machine:
- Cash deposit machines only accept RM10,50,100 notes.
- If extra money was banked in, the balance will be kept and used for your next purchase.
- e.g: Total amount to be payed is RM136. Amount banked in is RM140. RM4 will be kept and deducted from your next purchase.
- Please take and keep the receipt of your transaction as evidence of payment and for your own reference.

Step 3- Providing Evidence of Payment

» After confirmation of your payment (within 24 hours if there are no complications), your items will be sent out either on the same day or the next working day. You will receive a message via SMS/E-mail once we have sent out your items.
Step 4- Awaiting your order
- Try to be at your mailing address during the time when your package is expected to arrive.
- If nobody can help you collect your item at your mailing address, a slip will be given to you and you will have to bring it to the office of the respective courier service and collect the package yourself.
- For Pos Ekspress, no worries at is delivers straight into your post box!
Important Notes:
- All personal information given by you will be kept confidential. We will not give out your information to anybody.
- SGD$1 = RM2.40
- If no confirmation is given within 2 days after the invoice is sent, the item will be back on sale.
- Items will only be reserved for 3 days after the invoice is confirmed. If no payment is received within 3 days, the item will automatically be back on sale. (Please inform us if you have any problems meeting that deadline.)
- Some sold out items are restockable. Just contact us and we will help you to order if it is available, with no extra charge.
- All items are all ready and available stock (no matter how old or new the post is) unless stated otherwise.
- All pictures and measurements are given by the supplier.
- All items are free sized unless stated.
- Accessories are not included unless stated.
- Colours of some items in the pictures may differ slightly from the real thing due to lighting.
